Good question. The answer is that teeth aren’t bones. Bones have marrow, teeth have pulp.
That aside, the adimantium was injected directly into the bones, so they could easily have reinforced, say, his left arm and not his right.

Thank you, crapface, for both the laugh and a question that made me think for a moment in seriousness. Then I read Pike’s answer, which makes way too much sense.
I also think Wolvie would starve if his teeth were like his claws. It doesn’t matter if your jawbone, face muscles and chin would heal if you were too busy being a bloody mess to eat anything when you used your teeth!
They wouldn’t necessarily have to be razor-sharp, though.
