What's On Your DVR Scheduled Recordings?

My Series Recordings vary from season to season, but as of 14 Feb 2011, here is my current list of DVR recordings

Mondays: UK Top Gear, Chuck, Being Human
Tuesdays: No Ordinary Family, The Biggest Loser, V
Thursdays: Big Bang Theory, $…! My Dad Says, The Office, Community

What’s on your DVR every week?

~Shooter Out

I don’t have a DVR, but the absolute minimum would be Chuck and Smallville.

Might actually get around to watching Hawaii 5-0 and V more regularly if I had one, and probably Mythbusters too.

Yeah, we don’t DVR either. DVDs or, y’know, other means are our stock in trade.

Currently: TOS, Archer, Venture Bros.

Also no DVR. No cable in fact. What I do have is a computer hooked up to my TV and Hulu Desktop. And I am subscribed to:

Archer
: Fantastic animated spy comedy. Can’t wait for season 2.
Burn Notice: Has fallen in the past season, but is still pretty good.
Castle: You’ll watch for Nathan Fillion, and stay for a weekly lighthearted ensemble murder mystery.
Chuck: Its low points are still quite watchable, though I must admit some of the Volkoff stuff was pretty “still quite watchable”
The Colbert Report: One of only 2 news shows I watch.
The Daily Show: The other one.
Eureka: Don’t think about the science too much and just enjoy it.
Fringe: If they cancel this show I’m gonna punch someone so hard they go into another dimension.
Merlin: Not bad, though not great. I think it’s in season 8 now and Hulu hasn’t shown anything more than season 1.
Stargate Universe: I guess I shouldn’t be surprised it got canceled, but I am a little sad.
The Walking Dead: Episode 1 was FANTASTIC. Too bad that’s all they ever showed.
Warehouse 13: Eureka in a more modern day fantasy setting. The leads have great chemistry. Too bad (apparently) one of them quit at the end of the last season.

There’s not a lot on the DVR these days for me because I’ve either lost interest in a lot of shows (I’m looking at you, “V”) or otherwise haven’t had much time to spend with the shows I do want to watch (I’m looking at you with sad, puppy eyes, “Treme” and “Boardwalk Empire”). I do make sure that I catch each week’s showing of

“Archer”
“Community”
“The Soup” (That’s a Joel McHale double feature every Saturday morning or evening)
“Real Time with Bill Maher”

There’s still a backlog of “Boardwalk Empire” waiting for me (I’ve pretty much only managed to catch the first two episodes, but I refuse to delete the rest, dammit!) and a couple of movies (“Big Fan,” “Wanted,” which I started, drooled in its awesomeness, but then couldn’t finish due to tiredness and haven’t found a moment to start again because, at this point, I need to start again).

I’d bet once you start Treme, you won’t be able to start. Boardwalk Empire is good, but slow. How are you likin’ Community?

I actually had started Treme and found it too slow. Boardwalk Empire started out great but I let too much time pass between viewings and need to start again. Community is fantastic, though it’s apparently on the fence this year (which I guess fits with the premise. I always wondered what they would do to keep it going beyond two years).

Next month I’m looking forward to the returns of House, The Walking Dead and Chuck. Also going to try Homeland, Grimm, Boss and Once Upon a Time. What can I say, I’m a TV addict :stuck_out_tongue:

P.S. Sorry to resurrect a 7 month old thread but I suspect it is about to get interesting again as the new TV season starts up.
