That’s not how I remember his comments, he was quite surprised that the scene was filmed so obviously pointing to someone picking him up. He wanted & intended it to be more ambiguous than it was filmed.

Is there a link to this? Does he at least explain how the guy who creates the centurions can be one of the post-war creations of the Final Five who didn’t show up until the end of the war that said centurions fought against the colonies? Perhaps one of his talents is mastery of time and space?
