hahaha little kids voice “mommy whats a cylon?”
What was the last word on the original series?
SEE!! This is why I love this place!
I can be me!
Truth be told I love the idea of ending the show and setting up another cycle.
Allows for a spin off or something by another group later on down the road.
Last words: wheres the booze
Bdya, bdya, bdya. Thats all folks…
Said by a Cent(a)urian, FTW!
Ask the (new) centurion is it’s alive.
IF we stick with the characters we have, then Caprica 6 staring down at Hera and asking fairly scarily.
Like it!
Cool thread… I would like to see something involving the first words, but I think it has to be an answer to the question.
The series begins by asking the question, “Are you alive?” – which, really, is the source of conflict of the entire series. All the characters attempt to answer the question, even down to the latest episode, especially Tigh… the resolution is when we finally get an answer, an acknowledgement: “You are alive.”
That’s the big question… There’s only two ways to go: either they break the Cycle, or continue it… not sure what RDM’s gonna do, but it will be fun to watch.
Tigh: Starbuck, I am your father.
Starbuck: NOOOOoo!!!
“I have to go see about a girl.” cue sappy music
That’ll be great if it was “are you alive?”.
Though, something like “so say we all!” would be pretty cool too.
Oh, there ya go! Nice.
I’m changing my vote to this one!
Hera as a young woman sitting alone on a beach, holding a book without corners, reading out loud: “riverrun, past Eve and Adam’s, from swerve of shore to bend of bay, brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to…”
Oh, yah!
Nice.
Master Frodo Master Frodo where are you?
“They put one of yours in sickbay, you send one of theirs to the resurrection ship. That’s the Galactica way!”
“Are you alive?” Would be pretty awesome, but for some reason, I think the last word will be:
“Home”
There was a much earlier thread with a similar question, and I advocated “Are you alive,” but now I’m thinking “Earth.”
ewww I just had a creepy thought: Gollum holding Hera… my precious.
