you could be a flaky Saggitaron like me.
While I culturally refuse medicine I’m afraid you’ll have to culturally refuse sex.

Hay no fair.
I refuse my heritage and fly to Caprica like Baltar then.
Everyone is easy on that planet.
OH! I also wanna see, maybe in the final episode of Caprica, we see like the beginning of construction on the Galactica.
Sorta like the Death Star at the end of ROTS, but more positive.
I agree that we really, really need to get off of Caprica on occasion. Now I realize that since the entire show is centered around two families that live on Caprica, it isn’t likely that we’re in for Stargate-style planet hopping. Even if it’s just seeing snippets of inter-colony news or flashbacks to events elsewhere, though, we NEED to see the other 11.
Personally, I’m most interested in seeing Tauron. I mean, come on, they’re a bunch of pirates! Pirates! In space! How can you beat that?
Don’t ever ask a computer that. It will immediately explode.
Space Ninjas? With terrifying monkeys?

Ummm - Firefly?
Hmm. Well I really cannot think of anything left open in BSG that Caprica should bother to address.
(Do you realize that if the OGG was Daniel Greystone, we are going to have to wait until the last episode of Caprica airs - or just about - to fine that out? Watch the show be successful and run for 4 or 5 years. By the time it wraps, I’ll be Really Old Timer a/k/a ROT.)
(Do you think we’ll get to see the Lords of Kobol?)
No. But I bet they’ll be talked about alot. I think we’ll also get some doesn’t like to be called that stuff.
Again you are correct FT. I’ve elaborated in a rambling manner over at the BSG “IT = god whose name cannot be spoken” thread.
I know stuff.
As in LOTS of stuff.
Honestly, I doubt that we’re going to see Caprica tackle much of the deeper mythology of the Galactica universe (i.e. God, the Lords of Kobul, etc.). That stuff was very core to BSG, because it informed much of the thematic undercurrent of the show. Caprica, as we’ve all heard, is fundamentally different than its predecessor. It’s a show about people, families, technologies, and the interplay between those elements. Since it won’t share the overarching “plan” journey of BSG, I think the inclusion of a lot of the mythological/religious content would just seem out of place.
I don’t really have any expectations, and honestly, I am not really excited about the show, but I will still give it a chance.
Well, what little we do know about the Caprica includes a major story line about monotheism and polytheism.
I wonder if we’ll see the first Cents in the pilot? I wonder if they were in development before “Zoe” or are a result of “Zoe”?
Th Tennisbot is the first Cylon, Im tellin you.
Drat! The secret is out.
No I don’t think we will see them.
Anders said Cavil introduced them into the colonies as he planed the attacks.
Tigh first then Ellen and then the others.
The timelines don’t match.
No - I mean the old metal jobs the FF found at war with the humans, when they arrived.
It’s “out there” that the first one appears towards the end of the pilot/miniseries/whatever it is - and yes, it is rumored to say “by your command”. I am sooooo ready.
I “demand” the following:
Insite into the Adama family.
A strong back story, including facts, on polytheism and monotheism in The Colonies, including all the Kobol issues. This is going to happen. The story is not just going to be about man creating “life” and the consequences of that.
The relationship between The Colonies before the 1st war.
The creation of the first Cents and which came first - Zoe or the Cents.
The “flaw” in Zoe that led to the abandonment of humanoid Cylons - if that is what happened.
How/why the Cents went so quickly from servants to adversaries.
What exactly precipitated the 1st war.
How/why the Cents became monotheistic.
How IT figures into all this.
Whether Daniel Greystone goes insane, and whether or not regardless of that, whether he becomes the OGG.
Whether the series ends with the laying down of the keel of the Galactica.
Agree with all of those OT!
I really want to know why the Cylons were created, I have an idea that maybe the metalheads were made for so they could fight wars without having to worry about poll numbers becasue guess what?
No humans were on the frontlines.
As for Zoe and the others…
If you could buy a humaniod robot…a doll basicly… for you know what anyway any time… Would you?
Not something I like to admit but I think I would…
Assume his father is constantly yelling at him to go brush his teeth.
