Quite frankly, I hope it is just mentioned in one of those quiet noodle eating meetings in Adama’s quarters as to what happened to those guys. There are not enough episodes to keep going on this mutiny thing.

The example has been made with Zarek and Gaius. Take Pegasus boy and put him in the brig. Anyone who killed a civilian, put on trial. Everyone else gets amnesty and a stern talking to.

did he realy? I thought that he was just sayin that he was one of thorn’s boys. Did he say that he had raped Gina? If he did… he’s had amnesty for that for years. But it still makes him a dickweed. His commander ( the admiral of the fleet) not only ordered it… but the admiral established the precidence of “how can you rape a machine?” So legaly speaking he isn’t a criminal for that. In Real Life, far away from home and in a war zone, you’d have to deal with this with nothing less than the execution of all collaborators, and you’d be justified, imho. How do you trust someone who’s going to be carrying a weapon who last week had that weapon pointed at you?? I wouldn’t. Are you going to give the 10 or so soldiers, who were prepared to shoot Adama, back their rifles and say “Don’t do that again?” Hardly.

Death to the officers who lead any kind of detail in the mutiny. Enlisted crew would be more on a case by case basis.

As for Gage, I’ve stated in the past that he needs killing. Still, there’s an interesting torment brewing for him. There will shortly be only one female cylon who is not a citizen of the colonies. Lay a hand on any of them without her permission, off to the brig if not worse. Not that Adama would react any differently if Gage got any ideas around Boomer, in spite of their history, but now it’s definite.

That’s a good argument for killing him in and of itself. And, I think he’s a danger to anything female anyway. Like I said, he needs killing.

I think the biggest vote may be Helo. Knowing this guy with heinous predilections towards your wife and child is still walking around the ship, may be just enough to keep Helo from doing the ‘moral’ thing…

I feel bad for Helo. Such a good guy who never lifted a finger (that I can recall) to hurt anone who didn’t sorely deserve it, and his reward is getting his skull beat in.

What about Kelly. Does he get a pass for turning back to Adama before the end. His change of heart was pretty crucial at the end. Does his bombing campaign get forgiven as well?

Also, what about Racetrack. On one hand her crimes inidcate a possible death sentance, on the other how the hell are they going to find a suitable planet to settle on without her.
