Great comment on you tube:

The astonishing thing about Dylan (that I’ve been slow to understand), is that he wrote great songs for every style of modern music - folk, country, rock, jazz, blues, R&B, gospel, even rap. Kudos to the Ojays? for a wonderful version of this song. As people continue to reinterpret Dylan’s music, I think we’ll realize that we’ve underestimated him. My dad used to say that it’s impossible to overestimate the importance of Louis Armstrong; I think the same is true of Dylan.

I’ve been guilty of underestimating Bob Dylan. In fact I used to mock his nazely voice. Then one day I stumbled across the ‘Oh Mercy’ album and loved it. Since then I’ve discoverd some great pre plug-in songs like:

A Hard Rains Gonna Fall
Ballad of Hollis Brown
The Lonesome Death of Hattie Carroll
With God on Our Side
It’s allright Ma (I’m Only Bleeding)
It’s All Over Now Baby Blue

(to name a few)

His “Exit Music (For a Film)” is so emotionally charged it reduced me to tears the first time I heard it.

The music I listen to is very dependent on my mood. It’s a very emotionally motivated thig for me. Depending on what I need at the time, I will listen to everything from Missy Elliot to Ella Fitzgerald, from Dropkick Murphys to Bob Marley and just about everything in between. I love me some good old rock, 80’s New Wave and punk, Celtic (traditional and rock) and even some bubblegummy pop. But this is definitely not a definitive list. If it moves me or makes me wanna move, I love it.

And regarding the previous Radiohead discussion, did anyone see this on The Sing-Off? Quite a good job!
