OK, stupid question 101. This is driving me crazy!
What do you call the silly pictures of shows with that people put together for a ha ha with silly sayings. For example, a picture of actor X looking stupid that someone has added “I don’t know what you mean” on the bottom. Not the best example, but you get what I mean.

I remebered! It’s a thread bomb! But I looked up LOLZ and have been having a laugh! How do they think of these things? Thread bombs are obviously the second cousins of LOLZ’s.

Macros was the other term I’ve seen used. Lolcats were originally called Cat Macros.
