Do they even have bones?
Crazy robot time.
Wall-e freakin the fak out when Eve is being tortured and then going commando badass with the pulse rifle ftw
I love how Eve is basically called Wall-e a jerk the entire like 3/4ths of the movie. “WALL-E! >_<!”
Very few after all that time in space.
Theory: The Axiom encountered aliens and the EVE robots just blew the craaaaaap out of them.
Theory 2: Eeeeeeeeeeva is Starbuck in robot form
They’ve clearly got gravity though so…would they really lose that much bone?
I love the happy little self-destruct voice.
They would if they were born on the ship and did nothing but float around in those chairs. Bone and muscle would atrophy.
They would if they never actually use them.
This space sequence comin up is probably the best part of the entire movie. Both the Eve and Wall-e parts and the Captain and John and Mary.
So much need for disbelief here.
Next time on Mythbusters: Would a fire extinguisher be able to work and propel you through space.
They totally do. And Wall-E found the best solution for categorizing them.
I lurve her!
Yes. Yes it is.
I cried in this movie. Seriously.
I love that they deal so well with the realization that life isn’t the way they see it.
Definitely.
I knew it! THAT’s where her other body went! She may be a robot, but it doesn’t mean she’s a cylon, hehehe.
This movie is super realistic quiet FT. Shhhh!
Yes, this is one of the times I get tears in my eyes. Because it’s that sweet.
Well, and spouse started saying “eeeeeeeeeva” after he saw the movie when he wanted to be sweet.
They’d never even develop in the first place. They’d have roughly the same muscle tone as infants, and their bones would never fully calcify if they didn’t have to support any weight.
Poor Burn-e. “LEMME IN! LEMME IN! UTOH”
You’d still love to have one of those chairs though admit it
True…the original adults would have atrophied. Though that would be a great environment for my arthritis with lower G’s…wouldn’t have had to replace a hip joint.
