Just got back from Blockbuster⌠mission failure! My local Blockbuster is clean out of Wall-E. Sorry, dude⌠enjoy the movie!
Maybe Iâll reschedule. Later this week, maybe 8 or 9 ET? This is pretty kid-friendly (AFAIK), so the earlier time could maybe count as spending time with the kids.

Me and the missus just watched this the other night, and Iâd be completely up to re-watch, but just needed a bit more lead time to get the schedule clear. RMHPH, some of us need at least a 3 or 4 day heads-up here â I beg of thee!

Considering that when I was originally going to do this, I gave less than 10 minutes of notice, this is a huge improvement.
Thereâs no reason we canât have another frak party for this if people are interested, especially if itâs the kind of movie that inspires rewatches. Any particular date/time that would be better suited?

Leads me to a frak party question â has the forum ever done a âcommentary-onâ FP? It may be harder to âquip snarkyâ when listening to interesting insight from the production team, but then again, it could be really interesting as well to hear a lively collective chat regarding their behind-the-scenes discussion. Ooh, a meta-discussion!
âŚbut I digress.
That does sound interesting. Iâm pretty sure it hasnât been done before here. Iâd imagine it would only really work out for movies weâre all familiar with, so itâd probably have to be limited to âgeek essentialsâ, like Star Wars. OTOH, Iâm sure that many of us would be up for it for other movies we love. Great idea!
