Does anyone remember The Visionaries?

I thought the concept was brilliant, inspired: A technological age comes to an end and magic again is the main source of power. Key Knights in this renaissance compete to be blessed with magic. Each has an animal totem representing their essence - which they can become. Some also had power staffs that would unleash special powers when a poem was recited.

They were wicked!! I miss them. I would love to rewatch some of those one day - especially the pilot.

Interesting. Did it ever make it to this side of the pond? I don’t remember ever seeing it, although the conceit was done in several series.

the show seemed fresh - especially combining the animal totems and merged science/magic . Not sure which side of the pond is yours :stuck_out_tongue: but it was in north america certainly.

I also liked the toys - this was late 80’s. A dvd set of the shows came out - i’m tempted but it’s a little pricey :\
