Virtuality: 6/26, 8EDT/7CDT

 that’s fabulous.

I wondered at Epsilon (Eridani), though they focused more on the planet in the show so yeah.

Hehe.

I was gonna mention that it has a Babylon 5 view of politics. Paranoia of a consortium, Captain’s idea that command doesn’t have confidence in him, etc.

The ghost in the machine, he no play nice.

not only is she a rockstar - she’s also a spy! though a thwarted one :frowning:

So, why can’t she take off the thingy?

Noooooo! Not an ethical use for holobands!!!

What? Math never makes mistakes!

Well, technically B5 orbits the third planet in the Epsilon Eridani system.

This guy in the virtual world is Mr. Morden!

double eek.

I’m really sick of them interrupting for the same weather news over and over again. Especially when the guy talking isn’t articulate AT ALL.

The bands may have a switch to activate the part of the brain that shuts down the body when you are dreaming to keep you from hurting yourself.
That way you can do a physical adventure without moving, but there should be a safety switch…

And I typed that before Morden-wannabe raped her. The computer glitch is evil.

You can tell this is a RDM show…All ready getting in the dark and gloom…

shudders

I’m glad she addressed the whole communication at a distance thing - I was wondering if that would happen.

It’s very interesting to see the different reactions here.

Jimmy’s a sorryBarb. good on the crew who are anti-sexual assault.

There was. She called for the computer to disconnect her, and it didn’t work.

I’d like to make that a topic later, I agree though.

Wow. This show even deals with sexual assault of female service members.

I kind of love that it will tackle that.

I’m telling you, It’s a RDM show.

Who is the actress that is said she was attacked in the service? She sounded really familiar, and I think that she was the one that played the invisible girl in the Buffy episode with the invisible girl that attacked Cordilia.

Oooooooooooooooooh yes.

RDM Doesn’t dance around real issues or problems. I remember readig about his take on what Voyager should have been and I would have rather watched his version. Fortunately we got that with BSG.
