Video camera pointers or recommendations?

Need a video camera for real basic home movies. All-digital, just something that can easily transfer content to DVDs for storage. Looking for something that takes SD memory cards.

Looking for a nexus of easy, relatively cheap, reasonably good.

Also taking suggestions for a place to buy, either online or retail.

The Flip is decent and cheap (~$200). It uses an internal HD that holds an hour at a time. You’d need to use your computer to burn DVDs, though.
