Unable to change my avatar

I tried to change my avatar and get this error message:

Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /profile.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

EDIT: I have confirmed this is an issue. Investigating now.

EDIT2: This extends to siggy as well. Found two possible solutions. Tapping Chuck now.

Chuck is on the case. Will update as soon as we have news. You can now update your siggys, just not your avatars.

Things appear to be working again. Please report if you continue to experience issues.
