Psych is doing a Twin Peaks 20th anniversary tribute show guest starring 7 Twin Peaks cast members playing roles similar to their old ones. It takes place in Dual Spires, a quirky Northern California town, after a mysterious death of local high school student Paula Merral.

Also, Julee Cruise, who performed music during the original run of Twin Peaks, has signed on to perform the PSYCH Theme Song for the episode.

OH MY CROM!! I’m so there!

I was a HUGE Twin Peaks fan. What a ground breaking show! Today dark shows are a dime a dozen. Back then it was game changing.

I like Pysch as well, though I don’t watch it regularly.

…gonna go find my Twin Peaks soundtrack and put that haunting great music on my iPod.

When I have a nightmare it STILL has a small, dancing, backward-talking demon dude somewhere in the background. I wonder what ever happened to that fella…

You know, for all the crap that TV show took (and if I remember correctly it took a LOT of crap) I found it to be really memorable. I’m tempted to go back and re-watch it but I’m afraid I’ll be disappointed like the time I watched the original BSG last year…

I remember watching that show and thinking, “this is probably how you act when you’re on drugs all the time”. Little did I know people act like that COMPLETELY SOBER!
