Transformers 3 Set Photos

This weekend I had a chance to visit the Transformers 3 set in downtown Chicago. There weren’t too many people, I was there early in the morning. I saw some old favorites and a few new mystery Transformers. There was an Impala decked with machine guns and a purple Mercedes with Euro license plates. Also, I’m pretty sure I saw Sideswipe and some Lamborghini. They filmed a scene that looked like a chase speeding around a corner. It was one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen. They were surprisingly okay with photos between takes, so I managed some shots with my cell phone. Sorry for the low quality. Enjoy!

I was pretty psyched to see Prime had his trailer, I don’t remember him having it in the first two films. There are some other (better, not taken by me) photos here.

I think it’s a Decepticon. There was another red race car type thing with similar accessories.

I love how Prime’s trailer looks. At least it is close to resembling the actual cartoon trailer.
