It was some homeless guy I found wandering around Baltimore. He kept mumbling something about still waiting for Chuck to show up at the train station.
When I asked how long he’d been there, he mumbled something about being there since June 23rd. I tried to get him to a shelter, but he insisted that this “Chuck” was coming and was staying put until Chuck arrived.
Poor guy, I might have to call the local mental institution…
