I thought they were concurrent.
That’s how I understood it. There’s a Firefly segment discussing the whole series that will span several arcs, Indy being the first.
They said the next four weeks will be Indy as the main rewatch and Firefly will run concurrently but will only be talked about every other week.
and obviously all the firefly fans can hear is “FIREFLY REWATCH!!! and indy”
