Actually he looks like a young Magneto.
I love the way he delivers the line, “Frakkin cops.”
Poor Edie.
so Rachel, were your suspicions correct?
really really love the soundtrack. who did it?
I frakkin knew it!!!
Yes, they were! w00t!
I love how he figures it out at the end, before the fax comes in.
Great detective work, just a little too slow.
He’s worked with Singer in almost all of his movies.
OK So let me explain myself. Second time I saw this I thot some of that story was true. But after a few viewings. I don’t think any of it was true.
He told McManus, Keaton and crew a whole other set of lies.
Yeah, I love the solo violin note to fade out the final scene. Beautiful!
(Or viola. I can’t tell.)
That ending never gets old.
You know the bad part? My biggest clue was the scenes playing with the menu- they show the change in stride from the last frakkin scene. Way to give away the whole story in the menu, idiots!
When they zoom in on the Kobayashi coffee mug I think of Rosebud from Citizen Kane.
Exactly!
baltar
Why do they do that? I guess they figure if you bought the DVD, you’ve seen it. But still, Duh!
I think the version the cops figured out was the truth. Verbal wanted the burn victim dead and sent the crew in to do it. Mission accomplished–George Bush style. Meaning not.
Well, here’s what my thoughts were. I think that this movie is told from the POV of Agent Couillon, so the conversation between him and Verbal actually did take place. However, everything we have seen of the rest of the gang could be a total fabrication. Fact is, the ENTIRE MOVIE is a tall tale Verbal told to occupy Agent Couillon until his bail was posted so he can get out of there. The entire movie, except the scenes with the Agent Couillon in them, is a lie.
See it again in Scary Movie.
