What if you had no home? Do you know where a pay phone is? Have you seen a pay phone outside of an airport in the last 5 years? How much do they cost now?
Yes, but did you know in my state—Vermont—it happens to have nearly no cell phone reception? (which is why I carry an old medic kit I “acquired” before I left the military. It has actually come in handy for those accidents I come across where the lady has a cell phone, but no one is coming out there anytime soon)
