the office does a lot of battlestar related things. I just got the second season and in the deleted scenes there are a couple mentions. There’s one where Michael’s doing MadLibs and with the help of Dwight it ends up being about Cylons shopping around at a Office Depo (although Dwight wanted Caprica as the place).
Another one is from Dwight’s Speech where they walk past a Sci Fi convention and Dwight goes on about how the whole cast of BSG was supposed to be there, even Starbuck, who he’s totally in love with and then goes on to list the ways she’s awesome.
It’s amazing.
