The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers Frak Party @ 8 PM ET

I’ll bookmark it and check it out. Don’t work Saturdays, but listen to music while doing drudge work here at home.

Then my work here is done.

So that’s the key.

NOW I CAN SHOUT ALL OF MY POSTS! WAHAHAHAHA!

I’m not sure I understand why Frodo lied to Faramir about Gollum at first.

The thought had crossed my mine.

My friend Brian and I usually do our show from a little before 9AM to about 11:30. I do a science segment around 9:30 in the morning.

Still trying to protect him, I think.

Sean Bean and David Wenham do look like brothers in this.

Denethor is such a dick

8:30 my time…I’ll write it on a sticky note after the frak party so I don’t forget.

I think you are being too kind.

It’s the wigs.

He is the Tory of this story. LOTR and BSG are almost exacTly the same.

I guess Frodo figured Gollum got away and that the men wouldn’t look for him if they didn’t think he was with them. but then he ended up in the forbidden pool.

and the viewer has to see Frodo spare his life…again.

I wish Faramir hadn’t been tempted by the ring.

aww, Smeagol’s look of utter betrayal is so heartbreaking. :frowning:

Dude, Gollum is beating his meat. :stuck_out_tongue:

I always felt that he wanted to take the ring to his father…to prove his worth and gain his father’s respect and love.

I understand why they did it for the movie, but I like that in the book he put his needs aside to serve the greater good.

The look of Faramir’s face when he realizes there is someone crazier than his father is priceless.
