The scene in the end when mal goes after Jane is when I knew firelfy was something truly special … the first time I was truly scared of Mal. before I knew why the followed him and why they obeyed them , but here is when i finally realized why they would die for him.
Above all else, Mal’s honor and loyalty put him in a class of his own.
Not to mention how good he looks in (or out of!) tight pants! LOL!
