There has been talk of an A Team movie for years. I’d like to see it happen and hopefully it won’t be a disaster. I’d like to see Christopher Judge as B.A. though.
After watching “Taken” - Neeson being Hannibal might work nicely
I enjoyed the TV show. I just do not know about a new movie.
I have a friend who did a very cool treatment for the A-Team movie about 6 or 7 years ago, he got paid well for it, but it all fell through, st that point it was written with George Clooney and Jim Carrey in mind.
Jim Carey does seem to be an obivious choice. Probably to expensive for it though. George Clooney as Faceman I assume. I always thought Mel Gibson would have made a good Hannibal. I’m thinking back to the scene in Maverick with him smoking a cigar, I could easily picture him saying “I love it when a plan comes together”
I’m not sure if it’d work as a realistic movie or if I want to see a A-Team movie.
I could see Gibson as Hannibal, but I think I’d rather see him played by Neeson. That is if you wanted to go dark and crazyw ith the guy.
Do we really need a remake of the A-Team? I mean, come on, it was on TV for years. Did it not already tell its story? Whatsthe point of telling a story that has already been told?
I have this crazy idea. What if we made a film based on something has not already been done before?
Seconded.
What I want to know, is: will any of the bad guys actually die? Or will every bad guy leap to safety before being blow to bits by a homemade grenade launcher? For TWO hours? I have fond memories of A-Team, and I like Liam Neeson, but I’m not sure I’m feeling this.
I will say that seeing one of the “Building-A-Crazy-Homemade-Weapon-With-Junk-Parts” sequences on the big screen would be pretty awesome.
Liam Neeson normally chooses his roles well. And seeing Will from ALIAS again…maybe I’m going to watch it.
