I choose other because the real Cameron that the Terminator based herself on could have been John’s girlfriend. So it would stand a good reason for the terminator to become her.

Also, John deserves someone. I mean, Riley was in love with someone else, and she was the closest he’s ever gotten to a love interest…if the best the saviour of mankind is going to get is a robot, well, he should still have someone.
