Care Bear Stare…definately. 
The Care Bear stare actually performs a function. The Teletubby thing just shows an instance in time, an occurrence. Care Bear stare is magic. Teletubby video is just mesmerizing. If you wish to stun an opponent you would consider the Teletubby video but if you need to inflict some damage, you have to choose the Care Bear stare.
Gotta go with Teletubbies. The Care Bears just make you feel love and happiness the Teletubbies inflict fear and the sense of tripping balls.
I never seen the Teletubbies and haven’t seen the Stare since the 90s.

During college, I used to watch Teletubbies in between classes. It helped me take a nap. I had some pretty crazy dreams, though.

The Teletubbies are an evil menace and I don’t trust them.
They were on when my kids were babies/toddlers and it’s a pretty dangerous show to watch for a sleep-deprived parent of little ones. It’ll freak you the frak out.

Reminds me of the frakkus with a religious or conservative (or both) group proclaiming the Teletubbies endorsed or promoted an alternative lifestyle. One of the Teletubby was supposedly gay according to them.
