The latest BBC Re-launch. A remake (so far nothing re-imagined) of the old BBC late 70’s show created by Terry Nation, who also created The Daleks and Blakes Seven.
Think The Stand but set in Mainland Britain, but without the religious stuff I hope. The original was pleaseingly bleak at first, but too soon became about the tedious survival stuff, like Farming, althoughthere were some interesting parts.
The new show… so far… seems a bit too earnest and well, weak.
But hopefully, it’ll be good.
