It’s not goofing off. He made a judgement call, like letting the robber suffer. Or letting the guy with the heart attack go quickly. That’s what Death does.
Wow, that scene happened sooner than I expected.
This show is great with dark stories. Particularly making stories that don’t seem so dark take a terrible turn…
