I read this blog called Cake Wrecks (which is hilarious, btw) and it features just AWFUL cakes except on Sundays. On Sunday the blogger usually features a cake that is amazing. Today’s cake was inspired by Super Mario Bros. Enjoy:

BTW, the details on that cake is simply amazing. Nothing I’ve seen within the last 3 years have made me want to get married more than this cake.
funny site, K. it’s amazing what people will put out there. I have a relative who is notorious for unrealistic time concept. we regularly get cakes with the top layer sliding off because it was not yet cool enough to be frosted. once, I get–heck I think it happened to me when I was a teenager. but over and over and over again?
