So in this episode there is a part that I saw on tv towards the end where the ghost or w/e he was (was sorta in and out of the plot lol) was standing in front of the doctor (after the casket of her nana was open). Behind him were two gravestones and one to the left of him had “Mc-Fly” carved on it…
If someone has this one of video and wants to check…I think I’m right (at least by directv standards lol)…it gave me a good chuckle anyway…

As in-jokes, the gravestones in the graveyard bore the names of various movie characters, including McFly (Back to the Future) and Vader (Star Wars).
