All,

Due to popular demand and the release of the newest iteration of Stargate we are creating a forum dedicated to all things Stargate: Movie, SG-1, Atlantis and Universe. As always, if activity in this area dies down we will move all threads into “Other Science Fiction” and close down shop. This gives us flexibility and allows the forum to remain organic and responsive.

As Badger (of Firefly fame, not spoon) says, “As always, the situation remains…fluid”

may i humbly suggest to standardize the Stargate shows to the following acronyms :

[li]SG-1 = Stargate SG-1
[/li][li]SG:A = Stargate : Atlantis
[/li][li]SG:U = Stargate : Universe
[/li][/ul]

PS The Asurans in SG:A were meant to be the main villains before the writers came up with the Wraith. But these replicator humanoids are sooo similar (in make and motivation) to our much beloved Cylons, that this is just begging for a thread discussion
