If they could get a lock on them with the stones. Atlantis could do a hyperjump like they did in the SGA finale. This way we get Destiny safe and resolve a number of problems. Oh well that would have been a great Idea.

LOL. Maybe it’s because I watched the start of SG:U before I saw the other stargate series but I’m totally OK with them just journeying on. It’s part of what I like(d? waaa) about the series.
Even though season 2 of SGU has been awesome, if I had a choice, I’d wrather have them wrap up SGA than SGU. Though this ending…

I’m ok with how SGA ended. SG-1 not so much, but it had a nice run and movies. I want more SGU though.
I am really gonna miss SGU. Wish they could find a way to wrap everythign up.

Well, considering he’s probably the most popular character on the show, they wouldn’t kill him off. What’s everyone’s guess to where he would have gone from here? I’m guessing either fixed the stasis pod or uploaded himself into the ship through the chair. The latter would be cooler, but the former would’ve been more likely.

fixed the statis pod, but his calulations are off and Rush has to get him out

didn’t fix the staus pod, but found a way to survive for 3 years - so his character is a little messed up, almost Rush-like. Rush and Young blame themselves, etc

I like the uploading into the computer, so he and his girl are together and he can show up via hologram (ala The Doctor from Voyager)

Fixed the statis pod, but cut one just before freezing, so when he is revived the gas kills the whole crew… slowly and stinkily (yes, I have regressed to fart joke mode)
I could see him uploading himself. Makes sense that he would at least be with the girl he loves. As far as how they get him out. It would have been a few episodes in. Look if we know that people can be uploaded. Makes sense that there is a way to bring them back. Besides think of all the Red Dwarf jokes (seeing Eli with a big H on his head ect).
