Speculation on the cliffhanger
The crew kicks off a long FTL jump, turns off everything else, then gets into the stasis pods. Fade to black.
As a season finale, that would be awesome. As a series finale, though…
Interesting idea.
Or
They all die and the drones win? or too dark?
Reason gazillion that Greer is awesome: look at him with his lady while she can’t regain her sight
They didn’t know it’d be the series finale.
“we’re screwed.”
That tone’s kinda meta
“We’re screwed” Well, yeah.
And the only light in the darkness of the cancellation: the DVD will be out a lot sooner.
Not as much as a hole being blown in a gate 1-2 days after the announcement that the franchise is done for now. Though I still wonder if they pushed for the SGA movie as much as a movie or whatever to wrap up SGU.
Young’s hair keeps getting crazier.
Telford still pisses me off.
You know, O’Neill even pissed me off in SGU. Its like RDA didn’t play the same guy.

Interesting TJ says ALS is a death sentence, the Times had an interview with Stephen Hawking today? yesterday?
Too bad SyFy revealed the drone’s strategy in the preview. Morons.
Never let it be said that they don’t like to spoil their dramas in their previews.
My hotel doesn’t have SyFy so I’m living vicariously through you guys in here.
He got tired of playing the role, obviously. His appearances after SG-1 were all practically phoned in.
Shame on the hotel!
Stuff’s blowing up.
Also, re: series finale/season finale plans:
From TVSquad
The cast and crew of ‘SGU’ wrapped filming on the current season before learning of the show’s cancellation. But Wright says he crafted ‘Gauntlet’ to work as both a season finale and as a series finale.
The episode’s ending would have led into “a great opener for season three,” Wright said. “But when we saw the Tuesday night ratings on Syfy, we knew it might be the end,” he added, saying tonight’s episode brings the series “full circle” and features elements that “make it feel like a finale.”
kablooey! I love pretty lights in space
Aw man Eli and I think similarly. Go around… (and hello stasis pods?)
