Rush by far. Baltar broke out in sweat even on the rare occasion when he was actually telling the truth. Baltar looked and acted guilty. Rush has none of that.

The PC version is out, but I hear it’s a bad port.
I managed to play ME2 one-handed on the PC, but took me awhile (a few days) to get the hang of it.

Redemption is an awesome episode. There was a Star Trek exhibit at the museum of Television and showed ‘Redemption’ on the big screen. I was in a huge theatre with about 25 other geeks. It was great.

Rush. Baltar is just fun.
Baltar definitely got around more. 
I’d say Rush. He’s purposely maneuvered events to suit his desires, whereas Baltar more or less reacted as events happened to him.
Interfacing with the chair might be what the aliens want.
