9 PM Eastern/Pacific
Wish I could have seen that TNG episode.
No Ordinary Family was ok tonight.
“She’s been acting odd for a while now.”
Almost as if she was abducted by aliens or something.
No one thought to check what she was doing at the console??
Is this the episode we see a satellite/radar unfurl from her butt?
Crap, what was the name of that song Cartman sang…
I find it odd that a spaceship this advanced uses mechanical toggle switches.
Huh. You’re right. Never noticed. Good catch.
“I Love to Sing-A” by Owl Jolson
Dude, are you an idiot? Your mother is depressed because you disappeared from her life.
Could explain why the ship has no transporter technology. The Asgard and Guald did. Maybe the ship predates these technologies??
I wonder how “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” applies if a civilian lesbian is inhabiting your body at the time.
Dude! Don’t fall asleep! She’s going to lay her eggs in your brain!
Supreme court would rule space is out of their jurisdiction??
More like use him to impregnate herself, then eat him alive. d:
I still find it off-putting a soldiers would “volunteer” their bodies for that…
“You ave chlamydia…”
“But how? I haven’t… Oh no…”
The Asgard called them the Ancients for a reason, methinks. The Asgard have had transporter tech for at least the last few thousand years. IIRC, only Anubis had transporters, due to his ascension, and the other Goa’uld got it after he was defeated. This ship is at least a million years old, so who knows?
I like this. They’re showing the downside of the communication stones. That’s fairly refreshing in sci-fi.
I’ve often thot of how I would prove myself to those I love if a similar body-swapping event were to happen to me.
Why?
Oh, the diary…
That’s gonna cause trust issues…
