They don’t use that establishing shot much (if at all other than this).
This is the first time they actually tied Merlin into the Ori storyline. And he seems like a lot less of a d-bag than he did in Before I Sleep.
Bit of a coincidence, but that was a nice reveal with Teal’c being able to see Cam after he activated the personal cloaking device.
“You didn’t think twice about that?”
“I did not.” 
Those explosions did not look like claymores.
And if Cam was phased, how did he grab the crystal?
