Hey, this redshirt is a yellowshirt!
Tuvok showed a lot of empathy there with Mr. about to die.
Sorry I’m late. Did you start right at 10?
I think so. Assuming 7 is the same as 10
The title credits just ended.
Ensign McCormack will be so disappoint…
Wait. What was his name again?
New math.
The title credits just ended.
I’ll catch up then.
I bet these people are a riot at funerals.
what funerals
I do like the thought that technology is a tool for seeking knowledge and not the end goal itself. It fits well with my own personal philosophies.
I love Tuvok with kids.
Hey, Tuvok, wouldn’t logic dictate that you dumb this down a bit when talking to children?
Once again, I’m not sure I remember this episode.
Drayans are totally Platonic
Dumb down? Never!
I think I like the Tuvok as father bit because his way is familiar to me - it’s how several adults in my life interacted with me as a child.
No worries!
‘Innocence’ gave us a chance to help Tuvok explore himself. We purposefully looked for situations to make him a fish out of water. It’s very hard to get past a full Vulcan.
It’s part of why I like Vulcans, for opportunities like this.
Tuvok’s expectations of the children are precious.
And Vulcans are Bene Gesserit?
I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.
oh, these children are in the why stage
why are your ears funny?
I guess the Prime Directive doesn’t apply to whatever stories a child tells you.
“I believe there is more to life than science can explain”
awwww
If Janeway is First Contacting their adults, how does the Prime Directive apply?
