Watching them both for the first time back-to-back, the contrast is jarring. Sadly, it makes me hate V and love VI disproportionately. 
After tonight, I’m actually feeling angry about The Final Frontier. I feel cheated out of another spectacular adventure with my homies, instead of watching a bogus movie with crappy effects. If I’d had a few years in between them, I know I’d feel differently.
