Moriarty definitely made Voyager’s Doctor possible. Just a shame that copyright issues prevented him from becoming a more fleshed out character.

That whole exchange between Picard and Regina was just brilliantly written and acted.
Wouldn’t uncoupling the Heisenberg compensators mean that uncertainty would once again become part of the transporting process, thereby making everything dangerously unstable? That seems like a terrible idea. :eek:
