In many ways, he defined Klingons in the same way that Nimoy defined Vulcans.
I loved this episode, but one thing I never understood was the need for Picard to spread out his command staff all across the fleet. Don’t these twenty starships that he collected for his task force already have assigned captains and command staff? I know the task force was thrown together on relatively short notice, but geez.
Obviously, the rest of the Federation is incompetent. Only the crew of the Enterprise can be trusted with the task of just sitting in one spot and emitting tachyons. :rolleyes:
