Somebody got an upgrade. They got the scale between Enterprise and planet correct. 'Bout time!
The Ambassador was in the original Trek. She played Irina, Chekov’s love interest in The Way to Eden.
This actor playing Chekov really looks like a younger Walter Koenig
Looks like they upgraded the cameras as well.
The CGI is stunning. It’s hard to tell that this is the same production.
And sounds like him. None of that remotedly accurate Russian accent crap!

Let’s hope Rayna doesn’t try her Russian accent. Remember the horrendous one she used in ‘The Way to Eden’
