he does it in Unification. Spock’s critique: “Not bad”
Ah, I had forgotten that. Thanks for the clarification.
Now that is so. Drive?
No wonder Picard is a captain I would follow lol
Looks like a bad ride at a theme park.
This Data not-Data bit is quite sad.
In that way, I have to admit I’d be more like Picard. I never miss a chance to use more words when I could used less
But I’m more a coffee drink (like Kirk) than a tea drinker (Picard).
Picard reminds me of my dad since they enjoyed the same kind of tea.
Well, this is a plot hole that many many Trek movies have had:
Nothing but the Enterprise standing between the bad guy and the Earth.
Isn’t there a Star Fleet?
I’m expecting the same problem in the new Trek movie.
The Enterprise is always the only one on the right side of town.
I love that Bible verse. “For now we see as through a glass, darkly.”
Janeway’s the most notorious Starfleet Capt. coffee junkie. are you sure you’re not more like her?
I like the part when they are preparing for battle. The Scimitar is kick-arse! It’s obvious the Romulans were holding up and preparing to invade the Alpha Quadrant.
From here on out, this is basically Wrath of Khan and Undiscovered Country with almost exact scenes.
Not so much as a plot hole as a plot devise, IMO. They have to be there to save the day. But yes it always seems to be the theme of every Trek movie.
Very very silly. Earth is kinda the core of the Federation. I think it would be better defended.
no way he’s Picard’s clone with those lips. they’re nearly Joliesque
right. It’s like Janeway said at the start
Well who knows what years in a dilithium mine would do to your lips!
The same thing goes for medical shows or police shows the hero has to be the only one that can save all.
I guess you can rationalize that the Enterprise is trying to stop it before it gets anywhere near Earth.
But, I’d say a fleet of 7 Galaxy Class ships could do a better job.
