I second that.
Kirk totally expected that he was gonna get laid at the end of this adventure.
Spock has friends and he feel fine. Good on ya Spock.
Makes sense, since the series was always in a soundstage.
The spirit medium guy whose name always escapes me had it right, IMO.
Yes.
Which still would have required me to download it.
They would have been in real trouble if that whale probe hadn’t come to Earth, wouldn’t they

What ever happens to the '80s lady, anyway? Do they ever mention her again?
So a comedy with social commentary. Will Star Trek ever cease to amaze!?!
He’s my fav Lost character. Cracks me up.
your associates are people of good character.
they are my friends.

I heart Spock.
She’s roaming the galaxy
And total diss to Kirk, no, I’ll call you. Ouch.
Oh that’s a fun movie
My friends, we’ve come home.
Awwww!
Ok, you know I love Star Trek. And I do love this movie.
But, I must say, it ain’t my favorite.
And the reason is, for me, real Star Trek has got to involve the ship and it has to involve going to dangerous, or interesting planets.
So, although, this movie is a lot of fun and very upbeat, I very much miss the Enterprise. She was absent this whole movie.
This was great fun, thank you guys.
Live long and prosper.
Maybe it’s because my favorite Trek is Deep Space Nine, but I don’t really feel too attached to Trek as a ship - for me it’s more about the camaraderie of a crew.
I loved the whole “characters out of their element” thing, though.
And I’ll also just add that I was grinning through nearly the entire movie. Very few movies do that. Yay!
I think there’s a Trek book called “The Probe” that covers some of that. But I think I may have bought it, but not finished ever reading it.
