Cool. It’s been a while since I’ve seen it actaully—even though its the movie I’ve probably rewatched more times than any other.
I was just going through my copy of this movie (to forestall any last minute “surprises”), and…
…It’s depressing how many people in it are dead:

James Doohan
Bibi Besch
Merritt Butrick
Paul Winfield
Ricardo Montalban
…and those are just the ones that I knew without looking them up. 
David’s dead too? when did that happen?
Merritt died shortly after appearing on TNG. He died in 1989 at the age of 29. So sad andtragic. When I first heard about it, I was told it was drug addiction that killed him. Recently I heard it was AIDS.

One time, someone had purchased a fridge and left the box on the curb. The neighborhood kids all gathered around and made it a fort. Then I showed up. It was christened the Enterprise. I grabbed a long cylinder shaped cardboard and dubbed it the Jeffries tube.
We should we wait for Chuck? I mean, he’s only a 1600 post OG. We only wait for serious GWC people. Chuck’s a lightweight.
