first season’s shaky, 2nd a little better, despite the lack of Dr Crusher. 3rd really starts getting good, and it’s all uphill from there

Great show. Perhaps not quite as grand in scope, but it’s comparable to these two movies.
Well, thanks to GWC, I saw the Star Wars movies last year for the first time, and now, I’m a Trek Tart, too. Whoda thunk it?
I agree with Lady D, but I love all the seasons.
Speaking of new experiences, I hope you – and everyone else – will be joining us for Babylon 5 next week. 
I didn’t know you were new to TNG. You don’t see much of the relationships in the movies. The series adds a lot to the movies, all the back story from 7 seasons really makes them feel like family. 
I’ll try, but my work schedule tends to frak up my attending the frak parties…
