I like the idea that Quark is possibly one of the most religiously devout characters on the show. Kira & even Winn have their doubts. Quark never does.
I had totally forgotten about the A storyline of this episode

Though that piece with the dream and convincing himself to break the rules is a bit of a challenge, too. I don’t know if it rises to the level of doubt though.
The light in Quark’s eyes talking about the storage fee to Sisko is great.
