The Dominion is a bigger threat than the Borg?
I don’t have a good sense of the timelines with the Borg conflicts and the Dominion War. Or of the (spatial) geography involved.
Romulans? Unhappy? Color me surprised.

The Borg became a threat in season 2 or 3 of TNG. The Dominion can only attack through the wormhole, whereas the Borg can come from anywhere in the galaxy.
Life would be easier for the Federation if the Borg, Species 8472 and the Dominion would just fight among themselves.
And Romulan ships use singularities in their engines. What a coincidence!
oh Quark, didn’t you learn anything from the Prophets about trying to learn about the future?
