Star Trek: Deep Space Nine 3x01 The Search, Part I

Kirk made it a tradition. Now it is law

Hahahahahah

Interesting question. I’d like to know what the proper usage is.

No, it’s actors who dont really know anything about actual fighting techniques.

Did you ever hear Shatner talking about using the flying sidekick in a street fight? It didn’t go as planned. :stuck_out_tongue:

If one were to give a title, yes you would. You wouldn’t call him “general” washington.
Is it sad that all of this is addressed in my MLA Style Manual and Guide to Scholarly Publishing?

This whole bit with the founders and the lake of liquid and Odo being part of them…a very interesting aspect of DS9. I like.

I remember the first time I saw it and I was totally like “NO WAY!”

It’s great because it makes the Jem Hadar, the Founders and all not a faceless enemy. I mean they’re bed, be we have a connection to them as an audience via Odo. I like that.

Te he he. Awesome

I’m sure it wasn’t just Ron D Moore coming up with that, but it does seem like something that fits the rest of his work.

Oh yeah! Good point. Yes, very Ronald D. Moore to add it little bit of something make us consider the other side’s point of view.

It also makes the “where is Odo from” issue more than just a one-episode resolution. How do you make Odo’s species a major part of the show? Make them the main villains.

Also it opens up the “they look like us” box.

Got an online source for that?

Yes! Awesome. Wonder if RDM’s wheels were turning about BSG even then.
