“It’s all nonsense, Constable! I’m telling you, I knew the man.”
So no Keiko this episode…
Dude Bashir’s so desperate… “I can think of better ways of keeping you up” ouch, sir.
She’s so annoying that the only way to get rid of her is to ship her to the other side of the quadrant.
pish posh.
I know I’m in the minority on this one, but Keiko doesn’t bother me.
And they’re making off with Dax
so… they send the son to extradite-assault-kidnap the alleged person who killed his father? huh.
Yeah, she’s not that bad, IMO. But it’s fun to exaggerate about it.
Don’t be so judgmental. Remember the Prime Directive.
Yeah, Sisko. Note his screwy tactics, and call him out on it.
uh oh… cardassian allies? ouchies.
“also… annoys us.” I love Kira’s delivery there hehe.
“…which not only compromises Bajoran security, but also… annoys us.”
I like this judge shutting that dude up.
this … creature.
hey don’t let us think you see her as a person or anything
It’s Rishon Uxbridge!
Zombie!
Well, she’s person plus a slug. Sounds like a “creature” to me.
It’s the Crystalline Entity slayer!
LOL.
You are a Trill, therefore you are an expert on Trill legal issues?
Comparatively speaking, yes.
Not only is she not the same body…
IIRC this episode doesn’t resolve the issue of whether or not Jadzia could be held responsible for Dax’s actions in a previous host.
“I’m afraid it’s a bit more complicated than that.”
“Oh. What a surprise.”
I think they were going for a big legal precedent-setting episode like TNG’s trial of Data’s personhood. It didn’t really work out like that.
