Love how Spock asks for McCoy to be there and McCoy’s response, “I would be honored sir.” No smart-arse remark. That’s respect. The friendship between the three is so strong in this episode.

It’s always bugged me how T’Pau used “thee” as a subject pronoun. It should be “thou”.
saw Nimoy on Shatner’s Raw Nerve where he talks about the gesture as an invocation of the feminine in god to bless the congregation–hadn’t heard that before
